Victoria Apartment is a beautiful modern and spacious apartment in the desirable South Bay area of Scarborough. Occupying the first floor of this Victorian building, accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities, main bathroom, kitchen diner and lounge/dining room. Furnished to a high standard and recently fully refurbished our accommodation combines comfort with a touch of luxury and feels like a home from home. It is an excellent location only a short walk to the Esplanade with fantastic views of Scarborough harbour and the South bay, and only minutes from the town centre with its various shops, bars and restaurants and the famous Stephen Joseph Theatre.

The lounge & dining area is a spacious, open plan area with a 55” flat screen television with access to movies and Amazon Prime and free WIFI. There are also plenty of books and board games to keep all the family entertained. The stunning dining table is situated in the large bay window and comfortably sits four; you can even see the sea from here! This room is a beautiful space for relaxing and dining and also has a feature fireplace to keep you warm and cosy.

The stylish kitchen/diner is fully equipped with all modern appliances and cookware so you can make the most of your self catering stay; it also has a breakfast bar which seats two.

The master bedroom with en-suite features a king size bed, with extensive fully fitted wardrobes and dressing table and a 32” wall mounted television. The en-suite has a shower and wet room and vanity mirror.
The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, fully fitted wardrobes, a reading chair and is also fitted with a 32” wall mounted television.
Situated next to the twin bedroom is the main bathroom with large bath, shower and fully fitted vanity unit.

There is a small outside sitting area at the rear of the property, where you can enjoy the afternoon sunshine along with somewhere to dry the clothes after a great day on the beach.

We are also just round the corner from important amenities that help your holiday along such as shops, pubs and restaurants.
The apartment is walking distance to main attractions such as The Spa, Oliver’s Mount racing circuit, South Bay beach, harbour, famous South Cliff Gardens & Esplanade and the Castle.
If you like a good walk we are 400 yds off The Cleveland Way which will take you north to Staithes or South to Filey. It’s a stunning cliff top route in either direction.
We are also on the doorstep of some of the best road and mountain bike routes.
Other nearby activities include surfing, kayaking, indoor and outdoor water parks, the famous Bempton puffins, dolphin watching and the Open Air Theatre,where you can see top music acts & big names throughout the summer months.It’s also just a 10-min drive to North York Moors National Park.
From the train station to Victoria Apartment the distance is 0.8 mile and can easily be walked in 15 – 20 minutes.
There is also a reliable bus service running daily to Filey, Robinhoods Bay & Whitby

Please note that the apartment is outside of the parking zone and parking is free on street parking on a first come first served basis.
The apartment is located on the first floor via stairs access and there is no lift in the building.
